110 kV高压平滑铝护套结构和皱纹铝护套结构交流电缆综合性能对比研究

近年来国内高压交流电缆频繁发生由于缓冲层烧蚀引发的故障,然而该类故障在欧洲地区的发生概率较小,研究表明主要原因是国内电缆采用皱纹铝护套结构而欧洲地区采用平滑铝护套结构。为了充分了解皱纹铝护套和平滑铝护套在电缆中的性能差异,文中首先开展了不同护套结构烧蚀实验,其次通过电场仿真模拟不同护套结构电流密度大小,最后对平滑铝护套进行了力学性能测试。结果表明,在相同烧蚀条件下,皱纹铝护套结构电缆更容易发生因为径向电流集中而引发的缓冲层烧蚀,与之相应,平滑铝结构电缆由于铝护套与缓冲层紧密贴合不存在电流集中 ...
