城市配电系统广泛应用的户外环网柜在湿热的南方地区易产生凝露,因凝露引发的环网柜故障时常发生。文中提出通过加强自然通风散热阻碍凝露形成,首先对现有两种共箱方式的环网柜三维建模,然后利用Ansys CFX软件对不同通风设计的环网柜内部流域进行仿真,考虑百叶窗式通风口的横向位置、纵向间距以及顶部空间高度对内部通风散热效果的影响。最后讨论了在凝露发生后,通过在顶盖下表面涂覆亲水性涂料并设计合适的倾角避免凝露坠落至电气设备,最终得出最优设计。

高压开关柜电缆室温湿度场数值计算分析

由凝露引起的开关柜事故屡见不鲜,而温度和湿度是引起凝露现象的主要因素。基于能量、动量、质量以及组分守恒定律,构建了高压开关柜电缆室热传导、空气对流以及水蒸气扩散影响下的温湿度场数学模型,并利用有限元软件Comsol进行数值计算分析,研究其温度、湿度分布规律以及凝露与温度、湿度的关系。结果表明:由于自身发热,电缆处的温度最高,同时,电缆室空气温度在热传导、对流换热作用下也逐渐升高;而湿度的分布受水蒸气的扩散和温度的综合影响,呈现先增大后减小的趋势,与温度的分布大致相反;且温度差越大,相对湿度越高 ...
