不同含水率下电—热耦合应力对油纸绝缘界面小分子气体扩散特性的影响机制

油纸绝缘在实际运行过程中,受到电—热耦合应力作用,其内部产生的气体以气泡的形式从界面处析出,造成局部放电甚至绝缘击穿,危害变压器的运行安全。文中通过搭建油纸绝缘电—热耦合实验平台,分别对不同温度、不同电场强度以及不同含水率条件下的油纸绝缘模型进行实验,实验结果表明,随着电场强度以及含水率的提高,气泡析出的起始温度逐渐下降。由此进一步建立油纸绝缘界面分子动力学仿真模型,以绝缘纸老化裂解过程中产生较多的CO2为例,对其在油纸绝缘界面处的聚集状态、相对浓度,扩散系数,氢键作用以及自由体积分数进行了研究 ...

盘形悬式瓷绝缘子在多刚体模型下的风偏应力分析

分析模拟盘形悬式瓷绝缘子串风偏运行时承受的应力大小可预防风偏闪络事故的发生。对此采用ANSYS Fluent计算流体动力学(CFD)软件,建立了基于RNG k-ε湍流模型的绝缘子串-导线三维模型并进行分析。首先计算出刚体与多刚体模型在多种风速下受到的von-Mises等效应力情况,并将两者与受力公式的计算结果进行对比分析。为进一步研究绝缘子串上不同位置的受力,又模拟并比较了多刚体模型在不同风速时相应位置的受力大小。结果表明,在风速大于30 m/s时,多刚体模型由于考虑风偏过程中各绝缘子之间的定点转动现象,
