有源配电网低压作业安全接地技术措施校核

分布式电源(DG)的大量接入导致系统短路容量增大并伴随着“误送电”、“孤岛可靠性”等作业安全风险,有源配电网下的运行检修工作面临新的挑战。将分布式电源分为旋转电机型和逆变型两类,分别考虑了在低压侧开展检修工作时中压DG、低压DG误送电典型情况。根据叠加定理,计算由于误操作、故障等在短路接地线上产生的短路电流以及在工作点附近的残压大小,分析两种典型情况下检修作业安全性,并基于奥迪道克公式选取合适的短路接地线截面积,最后提出可靠、安全的接地措施。通过在实际案例中进行验证应用,说明了分析的合理性和方法的可行性。
