利用造纸废液制取木素扩散剂

本文通过实验,将硫酸盐法造纸黑液中大量木质素分离回收制成了木质素磺酸盐扩散剂。该扩散剂热稳定性、扩散性均良好,特别适用于聚酯、聚丙烯腈、尼龙纤维和羊毛等织物的染色。此外它还可用于水泥、扩散剂、胶合板粘合剂、水质稳定剂等等,其应用前景十分广阔。该方法不仅减少了污染改善了环境,而且还具有可观的经济效益。
