水平井管内分段压裂技术的研究与应用

水平井分段压裂技术是水平井增产改造的重要技术。该技术可在第1层压裂结束后,投球加压,使滑套下移,将下面一层关闭,露出第2层喷砂循环孔,开始第2层压裂,实现不动管柱多层压裂。在介绍水平井分段压裂技术关键工具结构及性能的基础上,以水平5-1井为例,对该技术的应用情况进行了介绍。应用结果表明,封隔器分段压裂技术分段准确、施工方便,对开发低渗透油藏具有良好效果。建议进一步开展压裂工具的优化设计和不动管柱封隔器分段压裂技术研究。

水力分段射孔压裂喷射器试验及应用研究

针对水平井分段有效压裂难题,研发了水力分段射孔压裂配套工具。该工具主要由万向接头、偏心定位器、喷射器、单流阀等组成。应用水力分段射孔压裂工艺对吴平1井、吴平6井等6口井进行了作业。应用结果表明,美国喷嘴抗磨性能优于硬质合金喷嘴,压裂阶段排量保持在1.8 m3/min左右时,分阶段加大砂质量浓度对喷嘴损伤影响不大,目前喷射器设计壁厚28 mm,安全系数较高,可以满足喷射压裂3段的安全需要。
