水平井裸眼压裂球座模型的建立与分析

水平井裸眼压裂技术是水平井增产的重要技术,球座是水平井压裂关键工具之一。通过建立球座的几何模型,采用Fluent软件,使用离散相模型和磨蚀模型对球座的磨损形态及流道两相流动状态进行数值分析。分析结果表明,在砂粒对球座的冲蚀磨损过程中,球座壁面处砂粒浓度越高,砂粒与壁面的撞击概率也越大,从而导致较为严重的冲蚀磨损;球座锥段处流道流通面积不断缩小,流场速度梯度变化最为强烈,从而导致部分砂粒脱离主流流线冲击球座锥面,产生冲蚀磨损现象。该项研究结果对球座的设计具有指导作用。

热采井漏失套管液压补贴加固技术研究与应用

鉴于我国在热采井套管破裂修复技术方面缺乏经济而有效的手段的现状,研发了热采井漏失套管液压补贴加固技术,并进行了室内试验和现场应用。该技术的工艺管柱由液压动力部件、补贴部件、密封部件和丢手部件组成,液压动力部件采用液压的方式为漏失套管补贴提供动力,丢手部分采用锁爪锁紧方式,液压丢手,丢手成功率高,适合水平井段的使用。室内试验和现场应用结果表明,采用该技术修复破漏套管时操作工艺简单,密封压差大,补贴管悬挂稳定,内通径满足稠油热采的生产要求,丢手压力达19~21 MPa。

大能量吸收场合用氧化锌避雷器采用多柱并联结构,由于氧化锌电阻片之间电学性能分散性的影响导致各并联柱之间存在分流不均匀现象,制约了避雷器整体的能量吸收能力。研究了商用氧化锌电阻片在不同脉冲电流波形(4/10μs、8/20μs、2 ms方波)和能量下残压的分散特性以及相应的失效方式,包括单次脉冲和重复脉冲两类实验。单一脉冲下,不同脉冲波形下的残压分散性随脉冲能量呈现两段特性,即小于阈值能量时残压分散性基本不变化,大于阈值后迅速增大。重复脉冲下,氧化锌电阻片晶界出现劣化,但残压分散性基本保持不变。在大电流区 ...
