SF6气体在设备发生绝缘故障时,可生成SO2、H2S等分解产物。随着检测技术的发展,可将此类分解产物作为故障诊断的特征气体。笔者首先介绍了SF6分解物生成的相关机理和研究现状,回顾了分解物的测试技术以及设备故障诊断模型,进而分析了该技术目前存在的主要问题。通过SF6分解物检测技术,确认了2台500 kV SF6 CT内部绝缘故障,为设备故障诊断提供了有效的检测手段。
