针对断路器弹簧机构常见的合后即分故障,文中提出了一种基于图像特征点跟踪的断路器合后即分故障分析方法。首先通过对弹簧机构传动过程的分析,确定了合后即分故障的主要分析方向。然后,基于高速摄影机数据采集平台完整记录了合闸、分闸瞬间,弹簧机构中四级分闸杠杆的传动过程,提出了基于图像特征点跟踪的弹跳幅度分析方法,通过特征点准确跟踪了四级分闸杠杆的运动轨迹,并引入了偏转角度参数准确量化了四级分闸杠杆的弹跳幅度。最后,通过对偏转角度波形的分析,判断出了导致断路器合后即分故障发生的主要原因 ...
