Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2012 我国是全球22个结核病高负担国家之一,因肺结核治疗疗程长,长期应用抗生素（利福平、阿米卡星、链霉素等）,容易引起继发性细菌感染。边泽源等[1]认为,利福平等抗结核药物对葡萄球菌敏感性较高,肺结核患者下呼吸道混合感染时革兰阴性杆菌分离率较高。本文对2009-2011年我院住院的肺结核患者痰标本进行培养分析,以方便临床合理有效的选用抗生素。
