新型真空灭弧室1/3匝线圈纵磁触头三维磁场仿真

设计了一种新型真空灭弧室线圈式纵向磁场触头结构,这种不对称式结构中,静触头具有两层以串联方式相连接的线圈,而动触头侧无任何线圈,使动触头结构大为简化,机械强度得以加强,而动触头质量的减轻将有利于触头开断速度的提高。利用有限元方法建立三维结构模型并仿真,在电流分别处于峰值和电流过零时,得出静触头表面、触头间隙中心平面和动触头表面上的纵向磁场分布以及纵向磁场的滞后时间。仿真结果表明,该不对称式触头结构具有较强的纵向磁场,电流过零后的剩余磁场小、滞后时间短,且导电回路电阻较小。
