环氧树脂辐射损伤行为研究进展

环氧树脂因耐腐蚀性强、耐热性好、力学强度高及电绝缘性能优异等优点,被广泛应用于核工业、高能加速器以及深太空探索领域。而这些应用环境中的电离辐射将破坏环氧树脂的三维网状结构,严重影响服役性能,这对其可靠性评估提出严峻地考验,因此,阐明辐射损伤行为成为必然需求。本文综述了近些年来关于环氧树脂辐射损伤的研究进展,重点分析了不同辐照条件下的交联和裂解反应对环氧树脂化学结构及性能(力学性能、热稳定性、导热性能、电气性能等)的影响。最后,结合目前环氧树脂辐射损伤研究方面存在的不足,展望了未来需要着重关注的研究方向。

圆中空夹层不锈钢管水泥砂浆短柱轴压性能研究

海洋工程平台塔架结构中,圆形截面中空双钢管是主要受力构件,其受压性能和耐腐蚀性能工程界十分关注。为研究圆中空夹层不锈钢管水泥砂浆短柱的轴压力学性能,以外不锈钢管壁厚、内碳素钢管直径和是否含夹层水泥砂浆为试验变量,共设计了12根短柱试件。分析各试件的破坏情况、荷载-位移曲线、承载力、变形性能及应变特征,研究不同变量对极限承载力的影响规律。结果表明:试件破坏形式为外钢管端部或中部局部屈曲破坏;随着不锈钢管壁厚的增大,试件的轴压承载力近似呈线性增长;夹层水泥砂浆对试件力学性能影响较大,可有效提高试件承载力 ...
