模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)是电压源换流器直流输电(voltage source converter-high voltage DC,VSC-HVDC)技术领域的一种新型多电平换流器。文中首先介绍了MMC的拓扑结构及功率模块的工作原理;再从功率模块的系统架构、软硬件设计、损耗计算等方面阐述了功率模块的设计方法;在此基础上利用PSIM软件对功率模块的对拖运行进行了建模与仿真。最后通过实验验证了功率模块设计的合理性与可靠性。

为提高柔性直流换流阀功率模块绝缘设计的可靠性,实现其优化设计,文中主要针对功率模块绝缘试验的实施方法进行研究,提出了一种柔性直流换流阀功率模块电场仿真分析方法。通过对功率模块的工作原理进行分析,建立了功率模块计算模型。进而根据柔性直流换流阀功率模块绝缘试验及电场仿真计算方法,设定相应的边界条件,采用ElecNet电场仿真软件分析了绝缘试验电压下功率模块内部电场的分布特性,最终得到其内部出现较大场强的位置以及对应的最大场强值。对比绝缘试验结果,验证了该电场仿真分析方法的有效性和正确性 ...
