特高压断路器液压操动机构仿真研究

特高压断路器是特高压输电系统的重要控制和保护设备,而液压操动机构是其核心部件之一。介绍了特高压断路器用大功率液压操动机构的工作原理,建立了相应的数学模型,在此基础上建立了液压操动机构的仿真模型,对其机械行程特性与缓冲特性进行仿真分析,并通过试验测试来验证仿真模型的准确性,最后对液压操动机构的缓冲特性进行优化。

新型磁力操动机构EMFA的动态特性仿真研究

针对40.5kV新型磁力机构工作原理及其运动特点,进行了多场耦合的静态和动态特性仿真研究。首先,建立磁力操动机构的有限元模型,利用Maxwell软件对磁力机构的静态特性进行仿真;其次,根据电压平衡方程和达朗贝尔运动方程,在静态仿真基础上采用ADAMS和MATLAB建立40.5kV磁力机构SF6断路器运动模型,对磁力机构的动铁心、SF6断路器触头运动特性进行了仿真研究。最后,分析了磁力机构运动特性对SF6断路器性能的影响,为新型磁力机构在中压SF6断路器中应用提供了一定理论基础。

弹簧操动机构分闸缓冲性能研究与优化

缓冲器是弹簧操动机构的重要部件,其缓冲性能优劣直接影响到断路器的工作性能指标和弹簧操动机构的稳定性与使用寿命。文中基于断路器分闸操作时缓冲器的工作原理和数学模型,在对断路器与弹簧操动机构整体进行建模后,采用Adams与MATLAB的联合仿真,得到动触头位移时间特性,发现与试验结果一致。利用粒子群优化算法,对缓冲器阻尼孔直径与分布位置2个参数进行优化。优化后的缓冲器不仅能够满足断路器机械特性要求,还平滑了动触头的减速过程,降低了缓冲力峰值,提高了缓冲效率,改善了弹簧操动机构的工作可靠性与使用寿命 ...

永磁机构真空断路器合闸特性受温度影响的研究

同步关合工作中,环境温度变化会造成开关动作分散性的加大。文中研究环境温度改变时,影响断路器合闸动作特性的主要因素的变化规律及机构合闸特性的变化。拟合实验数据,得到该结构参数下单稳态永磁机构真空断路器合闸时间与影响因素间的经验公式。研究表明:环境温度改变时,断路器运动部件静态受力(包括静态吸合力及阻尼)是影响断路器合闸特性的主要因素;同时,电容等效串联电阻低温下对断路器合闸特性也有着较大影响。经验公式可以很好地表征各变量与合闸时间的关系,对同步关合技术研究有一定帮助。
