为了提高单螺杆挤出机中花生蛋白的挤出品质,基于拉伸应力的破碎效应,以传统单螺杆挤出机为参照,利用有限元软件CFX计算了花生蛋白在流场中的运动情况,通过压力场、速度流线场以及应变速率场,分析新型混炼单螺杆挤出机的特性,并以拉伸流变学理论对设计原理进行验证,同时采用响应面法对新型混炼单螺杆挤出机的工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:新型混炼单螺杆挤出机中混炼元件的分流作用使得沿挤出方向产生了压力降,物料发生回流,导致建压性能降低,从而延长了停留时间,此处因回流效果产生的局部高压也有利于压延 ...

根据1 100 kV瓷套型避雷器机械性能要求,从力学分析角度,建立瓷套型避雷器的静力学和动力学分析模型,采用有限元法进行静力弯曲试验和动力学仿真分析。静力学、动力学仿真计算数据与产品试验数据的对比研究表明:静力学、动力学仿真计算建模及计算方法准确;1 100 kV瓷套型避雷器设计满足工程需求。
