智能电阻的应用研究

通过深度分析中性点经小电阻接地方式所存在的问题,提出了一种配电网中性点经智能电阻接地方式。与小电阻接地方式相比,智能电阻采用分区法,根据中性点电压大小将故障类型分为高阻、中阻以及低阻3个区域。在低阻故障时,能够快速选线跳闸;在中阻故障时,经过延时判断,避免对瞬时性故障的误判;在高阻故障时,启动中、低电阻动态切换,进行准确选线。综合理论分析和仿真计算可得:智能电阻接地方式不仅拥有小电阻接地方式的优点,还能够解决小电阻接地方式中部分供电可靠性低、单相低阻接地时故障点电流过大及单相断线(高阻)接地时零序保护 ...

关于配电网中性点经消弧线圈接地方式的探讨

在中性点经消弧线圈接地方式的配电网发生单相接地故障时,对接地故障的处理、故障电流的控制、故障点的绝缘恢复、故障线路的查找等方面进行了分析,讨论了故障点对人身安全的影响;讨论了由于故障导致接地选线难的因素;讨论了故障发生后残流控制与故障恢复、弧光过电压及中性点位移电压的关系;讨论了配电网与消弧线圈接地方式在发展中存在的矛盾,认为目前该接地方式存在有严重的安全瓶颈、选线瓶颈与容量瓶颈,存在消弧困难和弧光接地过电压的问题,提出了中性点动态接地改造的重要性,并对其原理进行阐述。

配网避雷器保护失效的场路结合分析

针对10 kV变电台区设备在临近线路遭受雷击后虽然台区避雷器动作但仍发生台区变压器损坏的现象,本文使用场路结合分析的方法,对不同接地方式下的台区雷电冲击过电压进行分析。利用电磁暂态分析软件ATP-EMTP建立了台区雷电冲击电路分析模型,提取了经台区接地引下线进入接地体的冲击电流波形;使用接地分析软件CDEGS建立了台区接地体的场分析模型,得到了台区接地体在冲击电流作用下不同位置的电位瞬态分布情况。文章通过提取台区变压器高压绕组承受冲击电压的幅值,阐明了台区避雷器保护失效的机理 ...

基于小波包分解的小电阻接地系统高阻接地故障检测方法

小电阻接地系统发生高阻接地故障时电流小于传统的零序电流保护动作阈值,并且时常伴随有电弧的发生,难以准确检测与切除高阻接地故障。文章首先分析了小电阻接地系统发生单相高阻接地故障时母线零序电压与线路零序电流的稳态特征以及接地故障电流的暂态特性。其次,针对高阻接地故障常伴随的电弧现象,对Schwarz电弧模型引入电弧长度加以改进,将改进的Schwarz模型与Mayr模型、Schwarz模型、“控制论”模型对比,分析表明所提电弧模型具有一定的合理性;并搭建了电容电流达158 A的10 kV小电阻接地方式配网模型,
