德国狩猎活动管理现状探析

自2006年起,我国业已开展了21a的国际狩猎活动被停止了2a。作为野生动物资源的合理利用方式,狩猎活动的停止对野生动物保护造成了负面影响。本文基于对德国狩猎管理工作的实地考察基础上,较为系统地介绍了该国狩猎活动开展现状;并从法律法规、狩猎资格管理制度、狩猎权管理规定、狩猎额度管理制度、野生动物福利规定等方面,探析了德国狩猎管理现状。本研究有助于为我国重新开展狩猎活动,并将狩猎活动趋于有序化和制度化提供科学依据。

“游客体验”在动物园保护教育中的作用 ——以丰容体验活动为例

保护教育是现代动物园的重要功能之一,丰容是提高圈养野生动物福利水平的重要措施。分析了游客体验模式在动物园保护教育中的优势,总结了国内外动物园结合丰容与保护教育的类型和方法,提出了操作性体验,如参与制作丰容物、体验动物的行为、为动物提供玩具及观察性体验,如观察丰容对动物行为的影响等,两类具有借鉴性的游客体验丰容的方式。同时以上海动物园开展的活动为实例进行了深入探讨,并对各种方式的效果进行评价,反映了游客体验对提升动物园保护教育的积极作用。
