在对弹簧操动机构运动学、动力学分析的基础上,以真空断路器的分断、合闸速度特性等技术指标为约束条件,以弹簧操动机构的杆件尺寸及其容差为变量,以相对容差大、成本低为目标,将离散随机方向搜索与复合型算法相结合对系统实施了容差优化。同时给出了能够满足弹簧操动机构分、合闸特性的杆件尺寸及最大容差,为真空断路器弹簧操动机构的设计提供一种新的优化设计方法。
