Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的 ]引入“五常法”管理 ,改善医护人员工作环境及病人住院环境。 [方法 ]对病区环境进行评估 ,运用“五常法”活动的常用方法———目视管理、定置管理、定期审核等对病区环境进行管理。 [结果 ]通过“五常法”管理 ,医护人员的工作环境及病人住院环境得到改善 ,提高了工作效率 ,降低了劳动成本 ,保证了工作质量 ,提升了医院形象。 [结论 ]“五常法”是维护良好医院环境、提高医院服务质量、提升医院竞争力的一种良好管理方法。
