减少SF6温室气体的使用,对绿色电网有重要意义。目前对SF6替代气体的研究主要集中在常温环境下,对能够在极寒地区使用的替代气体研究还不多。CF4具有明显的电负性,同时液化温度较低。文中在稍不均匀电场下、正负两种极性雷电冲击作用下,研究了CF4及其N2混合物绝缘特性。研究结果表明:CF4/N2混合气体击穿电压随混合比增加有明显的饱和效应,20%混合气体具有较低液化温度和GWP指数,同时绝缘强度良好,具备在极寒地区使用的潜力;通过对混合气体的协同效应分析发现:CF4/N2混合气体协同效应随气压升高而变得明显,

交通电气化是交通系统未来发展的主要目标,其特征之一是公路电气化—采用动态无线充电技术取代充电站,实现电动汽车在行驶过程中完成充电,即“边走边充”。在该模式下,交通网与电网的耦合程度进一步提升,其耦合点由静止的充电站转变为移动的电动汽车,能够提升用户充电的便利性以及用户响应电网的积极性和及时性。在两网紧密耦合的情况下,电力-交通网协同优化调度能够实现社会效益最大化,使电网和交通网处于安全、经济、高效的运行状态。该文基于高度电气化的交通网,考虑动态无线充电为主要充电模式,介绍了电力-交通网协同运行的研究框架;
