弧光接地故障属于配电网里较为常见的故障类型,由于其故障电流小且电弧不稳定,致使传统基于工频量的保护方法难以有效地检测与定位,本文围绕弧光接地故障产生的暂态电压行波信号展开研究,提出一种基于改进变分模态分解与Teager能量算子的高精度故障定位方法,结果显示,所提方法可有效克服电弧不稳定性带来的影响,在不同故障条件下定位误差均小于0.5%,有较高的准确性与可靠性,为配电网单相接地故障的精准处理提供了新的技术思路。该方法通过结合IVMD的自适应信号分解能力与TEO的瞬态特征增强特性 ...
