Recent progresses of study on oogenesis of teleost(硬骨鱼类卵子发生研究及其应用前景)
硬骨鱼类的发育有卵生和卵胎生两种形式,其卵子发生的过程相似,目前人为地将卵原细胞到卵母细胞分为6个连续时相.卵原细胞期的卵巢体积小,卵原细胞均一,单层滤泡期卵巢体积增大,初级卵母细胞为主,卵黄和滤泡细胞出现,细胞代谢加强,卵黄泡期卵巢亦增大,卵膜开始形成,卵黄沉积,出现卵黄粒和脂肪滴,卵黄充满期卵巢继续增大,卵母细胞个体急剧增大,卵黄球和皮质泡形成,个别出现油滴,卵膜增厚,成熟期卵巢和卵子达到最大,各种不同鱼类的卵膜形态不一,衰退期卵巢退回到单层滤泡期,多次产卵类型退回到卵黄充满期,继续保持产卵能力 ...

在28 ℃、(28 ±3) ℃和(28 ±6) ℃温度条件下孵化乌龟(Chinemys reevesii)卵,检测上述温度条件对孵化期、孵化成功率、幼体大小以及运动能力的影响.孵化温度显著影响乌龟卵的孵化期、幼体重量和背甲大小,但对孵化成功率和幼体运动能力无显著影响.恒温条件下卵的孵化期短于波动温度,恒温条件下孵出的幼体体重大于波动温度条件下的幼体.因此,与恒温相比,波动孵化温度并不提高乌龟幼体质量.

为探讨上海动物园斑嘴环企鹅(Spheniscus demersus)卵重和卵形指数对种卵人工孵化性能的影响,选取园内和繁殖场共计80枚种卵,通过测量卵重、卵长径和卵短径,将园内和繁殖场卵重和卵形指数分别划分为4组和5组,在相同条件下孵化,统计分析卵重和卵形指数对斑嘴环企鹅种卵受精率和受精卵孵化率的影响。结果表明:园内组NW4组斑嘴环企鹅卵重为108.0~112.0 g,种卵受精率和受精卵孵化率分别达到66.67%和60.00%,为园内组受精率最高的组别,与园内组其他组别均存在显著差异(P<0.05)

Organelle variations in oocytes with vitellogenesis of Lunatia gilva(微黄镰玉螺卵黄发生过程中细胞器的变化)
应用透射电镜技术观察微黄镰玉螺卵黄发生过程,结果表明:卵黄合成早期的卵母细胞,胞质内出现大量管状或泡状膜性囊泡,卵黄前体物质逐渐增多并开始向囊泡内聚集.在卵黄合成中期,细胞质内高尔基复合体和内质网活动很活跃,细胞质中逐渐形成和积累大量卵黄颗粒,核伸出伪足状突起,核质间交换频繁.卵黄合成后期,细胞质充满卵黄粒,细胞器不发达,但核糖体在整个卵黄合成期间很发达.电镜观察还表明微黄镰玉螺卵母细胞的卵黄颗粒形成是通过多种胞器的共同作用完成的.高尔基复合体和内质网是参与卵黄粒形成的主要胞器 ...

China is a global hotspot for cuckoo‐host diversity, with 17 cuckoo species, exploiting 142 host species. We reveal adaptive matching in body size and egg traits, along with niche partitioning among cuckoos, while identifying eight new host species.
