500kV辐向分裂变压器关键绝缘结构优化分析

分裂变压器能够有效地限制低压侧的短路电流,所以发电厂启备变大多采用低压分裂式变压器。为了保证500 kV辐向分裂变压器绝缘结构的可靠性设计,笔者采用有限元方法对该变压器的高压线圈端部绝缘、高压出线装置的电场分布进行计算分析,并对关键部位结构进行优化,将高压线圈上端的静电环改为复合静电环结构,改进了高压出线弹簧压紧装置上边缘棱角屏蔽结构,使得辐向分裂变压器主绝缘结构满足绝缘裕度要求。研究结果可为其运行可靠性分析提供理论依据,并对500 kV以上电压等级分裂变压器的绝缘结构设计提供参考。

多级滑套分段压裂工艺技术和泵送桥塞分段压裂工艺技术各自都存在应用局限,国外开发的一球多簇分段压裂滑套工艺技术能弥补现有技术的不足。简要介绍了一球多簇分段压裂工具技术的发展状况、工艺技术原理、工具功能结构,并对该工具设计及应用中的关键参数进行了设计计算。一球多簇分段压裂滑套工具能够通过投放1球实现多点压裂,形成足够多的裂缝连通储藏,从而提高油气采收率。簇式滑套是实现投放1枚憋压球开启多簇滑套的关键工具,而其独特结构的球座是实现该功能的关键部件。该工艺技术为非常规油气的高效开采提供了新的方法。

水平井尾管回接分段压裂技术的应用

为进一步提高大牛地气田单井产量,扩大储量动用程度,应用了水平井尾管回接分段压裂技术。该技术解决了环空间隙小、地层压力低、固井过程易发生井漏和气窜等技术难题;实现双重锚定及封隔,避免了后续分段压裂施工时因固井质量差或常规回接密封失效引起的油套环空封隔失效的风险;压裂回接回收技术能够节省套管,压裂管柱的回收重复利用节约了建井成本。水平井尾管固井回接压裂技术的成功应用,满足了井筒全通径、高承压及可回收的要求,为可钻桥塞分段压裂技术提供了安全可靠的井筒条件,同时保证施工顺利完成,取得较好的改造效果。
