多裂缝煤岩储层水力压裂裂缝动态扩展研究

考虑多裂缝煤岩储层裂缝发育特性,基于简化的NS方程和连续性方程建立了水力压裂裂缝尖端动态扩展模型。采用坐标变换的方法简化缝内流体连续性方程,计算得到多裂缝煤岩储层任意时刻压裂液的滤失速度。应用3D-CBMulti-Fracture软件,对山西某区块WS-10煤层气井水力压裂主裂缝及次生裂缝动态扩展过程进行研究。研究结果表明,当携砂液注入次生裂缝时间超过5 min后,压裂液滤失速度出现波动,随着裂缝尖端砂堵区渗透率增大,压裂液滤失系数增大;当次生裂缝砂堵区渗透率较小时,裂缝尖端变得短而粗 ...

固井滑套压裂起裂压力的预测及端口参数影响分析

含裂纹自增强厚壁圆筒残余应力研究

针对裂纹对厚壁筒自增强处理效果影响的问题,采用有限元软件分析了2种径比不同裂纹的厚壁筒自增强处理后的残余应力分布规律,并通过节点位移外推法计算了裂纹尖端处的应力强度因子。研究结果表明,不同径比时自增强压力的变化决定了含裂纹厚壁筒在裂纹尖端残余压应力的分布,以及裂纹尖端应力强度因子的变化率;尖端前缘自由表面存在残余压应力区域,促进了裂纹的闭合;随着自增强压力的增大及裂纹长度的减小,扩大了裂纹尖端沿裂纹扩展方向的残余压应力区域范围。
