避雷器用ZnO压敏电阻2ms方波炸裂失效的显微形貌研究

根据避雷器用ZnO压敏电阻在2ms方波作用下出现的炸裂失效现象,研究了压敏电阻炸裂区域的显微形貌特征以及伴随着炸裂而出现的电弧烧蚀针孔。并对出现多个烧蚀针孔的区域,。做了岩矿相组织分析,进一步证实了;对于高电压梯度,细晶粒组织的ZnO压敏电阻,2ms方波炸裂失效模式仍然是电弧烧蚀针孔击穿机理的一种。同时还指出了Eda模式和试验现象之间的矛盾。
