目的 观察 9种实验室常用液体所含有形颗粒的形态 ,找出含颗粒较少的最佳液体。方法 用原子力显微镜观察 9种液体。结果 10 %甲醛溶液、无水乙醇、蒸馏水中含不规则形的颗粒 ;3%戊二醛溶液、枸橼酸盐缓冲液 (pH=6 0 )、PBS缓冲液 (pH =7 2 )、生理盐水则含形态特异的颗粒和不规则形颗粒 ;Tris缓冲液 (pH =7 2 )中颗粒少见 ;5 %葡萄糖溶液中颗粒罕见。结论 对AFM实验室筛选液体 ,继续进行医学和生物学研究提供了重要的数据。
