采用“空气吹脱-硅藻土过滤-Fenton氧化”组合工艺对环氧树脂废水进行深度处理,重点考察预处理方式、不同氧化剂及其工艺条件对废水TOC去除效果的影响。结果表明:废水(TOC 3 000~4 000 mg/L)经预处理后,Fenton氧化工艺优选条件为:初始pH为4左右,双氧水1 200~1 300 mmol/L,Fe2+ 12 mmol/L,双氧水和亚铁试剂采用分次滴加法。在此条件下,废水TOC去除率在98%以上,TOC稳定在100 mg/L左右,可作为生产氯气和烧碱的原料,实现了废水资源化利用。

全球CO2年排放量约为340亿t,工业领域的节能降碳已经成为“双碳”背景下的工业企业发展趋势。将CO2固定与化学结晶造粒流化床水处理系统相结合,把CO2作为软化药剂与NaOH共同用于高硬度水质的软化处理。考察药剂投加量及药剂投加浓度比、系统上升流速变化并与现有的处理方法进行对比。结果表明,该方法可以获得良好的软化效果,其中Ca2+去除率最高可达到89%,总硬度去除率最高可达到85%。NaOH投加量对软化效率起主要影响作用,因此可以通过控制CO2投加量灵活控制软化出水pH和碳酸盐浓度 ...

通过混凝实验对典型煤气化灰水Ca2+、Mg2+、SiO2的去除情况进行研究,探讨了煤气化灰水结垢离子的去除方法。结果表明,氢氧化钠和碳酸钠双碱组合是煤气化灰水除硬理想的药剂组合,石灰法基本没有碱度去除能力,同时,高pH有利于硅的脱除。铁系混凝剂经混凝沉淀后Fe3+残余质量浓度在0.1 mg/L以下,可满足后续回用水单元的接水要求。
