为了研究电絮凝法对脱硫废水的处理效果及其作为反渗透预处理技术的作用,利用铁铝阳极电絮凝法对脱硫废水进行预处理,探讨工艺条件对电絮凝效果的影响,然后用反渗透法进一步处理出水,对比研究有无电絮凝时反渗透的膜性能,对絮凝体和阴极沉积物进行表征实验以分析电絮凝预处理脱硫废水的机理。结果表明:使用铁铝阳极可在短时间内实现较好的去除效果,最佳条件:反应时间为60 min、初始pH为8、电流密度为8 mA/cm2,污染物通过氧化、还原和絮凝反应被去除,在反渗透前进行电絮凝预处理,膜通量稳定在36.4 L/(m2·h),
