, 2016 本发明公开一种以含氟醇作为共溶剂制备高结晶聚乳酸分离膜的方法。聚乳酸是一种半结晶性聚合物，在加工过程中具有半结晶期长、结晶困难的问题。较低的结晶度导致其热变形温度低、热稳定性差，严重限制了聚乳酸在更多领域的应用。聚乳酸超滤膜通常通过非溶剂诱导相转化方法制备而成。本发明方法首先将聚乳酸树脂颗粒溶解在有机溶剂中，充分溶解后加入含氟醇，得到均一的聚乳酸铸膜液；将该铸膜液通过相转化法制备成微孔膜，在水中浸泡一周，以除去膜中残留的氟醇。采用本方法得到的聚乳酸超滤膜其结晶度大幅提高，热稳定性相应提高 ...
