碟簧作为储能元件是高压断路器用液压操动机构的重要核心部件,其优点是能在很小变形的条件下,承受范围变化很大的载荷。储能碟簧的可靠性直接影响着液压操动机构及高压断路器的整体可靠性。笔者通过碟簧力学特性分析、碟簧应力计算、碟簧力学特性曲线试验、碟簧力学时效性试验及单片碟簧断裂后对整组碟簧性能的影响试验,验证了某高压断路器用液压操动机构储能碟簧的可靠性。

本文采用三维非线性有限元分析方法,讨论了钢结构半刚性梁柱节点连接的杠杆力分布及杠杆效应对节点连接受力性能的影响。按塑性设计理论给出了节点连接杠杆力的最大值,提出了保证节点工作性能安全、可靠的计算方法,以利于工程设计。

为了评价GIS常用三元乙丙、丁腈、氯丁橡胶O形圈性能的优劣,在相同试验条件下笔者对3种橡胶进行了试验。通过试验结果分析,给出了3种橡胶力学性能、耐受热老化和天候老化性能、耐受液体浸渍性能和低温性能的优劣排序,可以作为GIS厂家技术人员优选O形圈的参考。
