绝缘子表面污秽电导率对污闪预警具有重要作用,然而绝缘子表面污秽分布不均,其形成的微小电容对表面电导率的检测产生较大影响。为克服该影响,文中研制了基于相角差的绝缘子表面污秽电导率检测系统,详细介绍了系统检测原理以及系统关键部分的设计和仿真,并在实验室进行了污秽受潮试验,分析了污秽表面电导率随受潮时间的变化规律。结果表明:污秽干燥时,表面电导率很小;随着受潮的进行,表面电导率不断增大;污秽饱和受潮时,表面电导率达到最大;污秽过饱和受潮、流失时,表面电导率不断减小。因此,可将污秽受潮过程分为3个区段,受潮区 ...

以浙南洞头沿海海域的一次赤潮过程为例,对其爆发过程中气象因素影响特征进行了分析,重点分析了气象要素、天气形势对洞头沿海赤潮发生过程的影响.分析表明:气象因素对赤潮灾害的发生和消亡有较大影响,特别是气温、降水、风和气压等的影响作用十分明显,对赤潮的发生、发展起到重要作用.而此次过程中,风的要素对赤潮过程的影响最为突出.同时高空环流形势的转折变化,也直接影响这次赤潮过程的发生、发展.当环流形势稳定时,赤潮生物的海洋生存环境就稳定,赤潮得以持续;反之,当大气环流状态改变时,赤潮发生、发展过程也会受到影响.
