Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1995 为了解在肝硬变的发展过程中脾脏的形态结构和功能将出现何种变化。本实验动态观察了以四氯化碳诱发大鼠肝硬变病程中不同时期，脾脏的形态结构及抗感染功能的变化。结果发现，在肝硬变发展的各个阶段，脾脏的形态结构出现了一系列变化，初期脾组织充血、水肿；随之。白髓动脉周围淋巴鞘区及生发中心增生；最后，红髓面积扩大，白髓面积缩小，纤维组织增生，同时伴有脾脏的抗感染功能明显下降。研究提示，在肝硬变形成以后，脾脏也逐渐出现纤维化改变，而失去原有的功能。
