Coalescence‐Ripening Mechanism of γ′−Ni3(Al, Ti) During Long‐Term/High‐Temperature Operation of Ni‐Based Superalloy Discs

ABSTRACT The evolution of the γ′−Ni3(Al, Ti) phase in superalloys is governed by a coupled coalescence‐ripening mechanism driven by elemental diffusion. In this study, thermal exposure experiments were performed at 750°C and 800°C for durations ranging from 100 to 20,000 h.

静态载荷下盘形悬式绝缘子形变特性研究

机械强度属于盘形悬式绝缘子的重要指标,但在机械试验中会出现盘形绝缘子形变。为研究机械试验过程中各部件的承力及形变情况,本文以120~550 kN的盘形悬式瓷、玻璃绝缘子为研究对象,以金属材料弹性模量计算方法为基础,开展了盘形悬式绝缘子的应力应变特性研究。研究表明,盘形绝缘子形变主要集中在铁帽和钢脚处,其前期的弹性模量受到铁帽形状设计的影响,其形变值大于铸铁材料形变值的10倍;根据Inglis理论和Griffith能量平衡理论,尽管水泥碎裂产生的势能释放有一部分由沥青的缓冲 ...
