考虑电-气-碳综合交易的跨国电网分散式电力调度—以规划的东北亚跨国电网为例 [PDF]
为了实现跨国电网的有序发展与协调运行,跨国层面的电力交易、天然气交易和碳交易的有机结合十分关键。为此,以电力系统为核心,考虑天然气交易与碳交易的相关耦合因素,建立了跨国电-气-碳综合交易模型。在上述综合交易的框架下,建立了跨国电网的动态电力调度模型,以实现全局效益的最大化。进一步地,为了保护各个国家的工业信息隐私,提出了分散式的跨国电力调度算法,将全局优化问题转化为各个国家的子问题迭代求解,得到满足给定精度的全局最优解。最后,对东北亚跨国电网仿真算例进行测试,分析讨论在不同电-气 ...
