大规模可再生能源的高效利用是实现“碳达峰”、“碳中和”目标的重要途径。为提升风储联合系统调频精度,充分利用可再生能源解决电力系统的频率调节问题,文中建立了飞轮储能系统(FESS)模型,研究了飞轮储能阵列协调控制策略。针对负荷扰动前、后频率变化不同及频率变化率不同两种特殊情形,设计了自适应变下垂系数的控制策略,修正了各飞轮储能的放电速度,同时考虑飞轮储能荷电状态(SOC)约束限制,实现了储能系统对负荷变化的快速跟踪,达到了稳定频率的预期目的。最后,采用PSCAD/EMTDC大型数字化仿真软件进行仿真测试 ...
