基于虚拟可靠性试验的多体机械系统分析方法

针对不确定因素影响下机械系统的疲劳失效问题,以往复式压缩机传动机构为研究对象,提出一种虚拟的可靠性试验方法。考虑到约束载荷、尺寸误差和材料强度等因素的随机性,利用CAD/CAE的参数化技术,基于虚拟可靠性理论实现虚拟样机的随机抽样;然后,采用非线性有限元分析程序ANSYS/LSDYNA进行动态数值仿真分析,获得虚拟试验数据;最后,根据K-S法分析数据分布类型,考核各关键零部件的可靠性,从而得到整个系统的可靠度,并且找出了系统的薄弱环节。该分析方法可为后续的故障预报和最优维护提供指导。

可靠度是可靠性模型理论研究的重要内容之一,尤其在δ冲击模型中可靠度是讨论其他指标的前提。采用重积分法、独立卷积法、无记忆法证明了Yule-Furry经典δ冲击模型的系统可靠度,并分析了3种方法的异同。由无记忆法的证明过程,得到寿命T的分布函数,并推导了可靠度的简单证法。

本文结合概率有限元法与齿轮的疲劳强度理论,提出了一种预测齿轮疲劳强度可靠性的新方法。该方法的提出既解决了将概率有限元法应用于复杂结构的疲劳强度可靠性分析问题,又使齿轮的疲劳强度可靠性预测在现有水平上得以提高。本文以齿轮的齿根弯曲疲劳强度可靠性分析为例,给出了概率有限元法计算可靠度的方程与解法。算例的计算结果与实际应用情况十分相近。
