Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2023 可靠度是可靠性模型理论研究的重要内容之一，尤其在δ冲击模型中可靠度是讨论其他指标的前提。采用重积分法、独立卷积法、无记忆法证明了Yule-Furry经典δ冲击模型的系统可靠度，并分析了3种方法的异同。由无记忆法的证明过程，得到寿命T的分布函数，并推导了可靠度的简单证法。
