舒芬太尼联合小剂量右美托咪定自控静脉镇痛对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者镇痛效果及术后早期恢复质量的影响
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的观察老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者采用舒芬太尼联合小剂量右美托咪定自控静脉镇痛的效果及对术后早期恢复质量的影响。方法选取唐山职业技术学院附属医院2022年9月至2024年5月收治的老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者98例，采用随机数字表法将其分成观察组（n=49）、对照组（n=49）。对照组术后接受盐酸托烷司琼联合舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛，观察组术后接受盐酸托烷司琼、舒芬太尼联合小剂量右美托咪定自控静脉镇痛。比较两组术后疼痛情况、术后早期恢复质量、疼痛介质、炎症反应、术后镇痛泵使用情况、麻醉药物用量及不良反应情况 ...

右美托咪啶去阿片化平衡麻醉在非离断Roux-en-Y式胃空肠吻合消化道重建术中的应用 附视频
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的 观察非离断Roux-en-Y式胃空肠吻合消化道重建术中应用右美托咪啶去阿片化平衡麻醉(OFA)的效果。方法 选取唐山职业技术学院附属医院2019年1月至2023年6月116例胃癌患者进行随机数字表法分组，58例纳入对照组(瑞芬太尼阿片化麻醉),58例纳入观察组(右美托咪啶OFA)。比较两组麻醉不同时刻各项生命体征、术后不同时间疼痛程度、麻醉相关指标、预后情况、围手术期应激反应、不良反应及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组麻醉诱导后即刻、麻醉诱导后10 min、麻醉诱导后30 min、拔除喉罩时心率(HR)
