用合成试验回路对GarabiⅡHVDC晶闸管阀进行了运行试验。这个由传统的背靠背直接试验回路和电压振荡回路组成的合成试验回路能够产生晶闸管阀在实际运行中承受的电流和电压。该试验回路参数的选取接近系统的实际参数。从合成试验回路所获得的样品试验结果和以前从传统的背靠背试验回路获得试验结果是相同的。然而,这种合成试验回路更具有技术上的优势,并且在经济上也优于背靠背直接试验回路。

以国际电工委员会(IEC)和中国关于高压断路器合成试验的相关标准为依据,笔者提出了一种基于有源触发快速合成关合试验回路,分析了试验过程,解决了合成关合试验的技术难点,介绍了三球双间隙点火均压回路结构特点,充分体现其安全可靠和稳定的性能。有源触发回路具有快速及时、点火功率大和抗干扰能力强的特点,对回路调试过程中碰到的技术问题进行归纳,并提出解决方法,回路建成后成功完成了多个电压等级的全电压关合试验,给出短路额定参数126 kV/40 k A六氟化硫断路器的合成关合试验结果。

现代晶闸管阀的额定容量很高,难以使用传统的背靠背试验回路进行试验,合成试验回路是一种替代方法。设计合成试验回路的核心在于如何正确地再现晶闸管阀上的负荷。笔者介绍了一种新的合成试验回路,正确地再现了运行中施加在HVDC晶闸管阀上的电压和电流负荷。验证试验表明,该回路的设计是成功的。
