特高压断路器容性电流开合合成试验方法研究

容性电流开合试验是高压交流断路器型式试验项目之一。由于容性电流开合试验需要的电源容量非常大,因此实验室进行特高压断路器容性电流开合试验一般采用合成法试验。笔者分析了断路器标准推荐的几种典型合成回路的工作原理及优缺点,并提出了一种适合西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司(简称西高院)的容性电流开合合成试验回路,介绍了其工作原理,计算了工频电压变化率,对回路工作过程进行了仿真计算。该试验回路等价性高,易于实现,已经在西高院实验室进行了试验验证,试验结果满足标准要求。

现代晶闸管阀的高额定容量使其难以在试验室用背靠背试验回路进行试验,用合成试验回路对晶闸管阀的设计进行验证是一种替代方法。设计合成试验回路的核心在于,如何正确地再现作用在晶闸管阀上的负荷。为此,重点描述了换流阀在4种运行状态下的电压和电流负荷。ABBPowerSystems开发了一种新的合成试验回路,正确地再现了运行中施加在HVDC晶闸管阀上的电压和电流负荷。验证试验表明,该回路的设计是成功的。

特高压断路器的大容量开断试验等价性分析与开断试验方法

根据特高压断路器试验要求,对Weil-Dobke电流引入型合成试验回路的等价性进行了分析,探讨了引入电流的频率要求。介绍了ABB公司的EPIC合成试验回路,讨论了EPIC回路的结构和工作特点,指出了EPIC回路存在的问题。提出了适用于特高压断路器大容量试验的XIHARI合成试验回路,详细介绍了该回路的工作原理,对其试验等价性进行了分析。

合成绝缘子耐污性能的试验研究

用固体涂层法和盐雾法对硅橡胶护套、氟塑料护套、瓷护套合成绝缘子和标准型瓷绝缘子做人工污秽对比试验。两种试验结果相仿,但有差别。在盐雾试验中,更能显出合成绝缘子表面憎水性的作用。在实验室中,合成绝缘子有优异的耐污性能。但需要进行长期运行试验,来考验表面性能的耐久性。
