南疆地区的土壤表层含盐量大,漫灌用水引起盐分溶解,污染地表水,研究降解高盐废水脱氮除磷的技术尤为重要。在高径比(RH/D)为7.5的序批式间歇反应器(SBR)内接种活性污泥,以合成废水(含0.25 mg/L Ni2+)为进水,分析污泥颗粒化过程中的污泥形态、污染物去除性能、微生物群落的变化,以及盐度胁迫下颗粒污泥去除高盐废水中污染物的能力。结果表明,成熟的颗粒污泥呈黄色多元状,平均粒径为357 μm,对废水中COD、TP和NH4+-N的平均去除率分别为95%、91.27%和94.5%,优势菌属为动胶菌属(
