聚乙烯亚胺修饰磁性碳纳米管对水中六价铬的吸附

采用溶剂热法制备磁性多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs@Fe3O4),用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)进行表面修饰,得到MWCNTs@Fe3O4/PEI。对吸附剂进行表征,研究pH、离子强度和天然有机物对水中铬(Ⅵ)的吸附及吸附剂的循环再生能力。结果表明,最佳吸附pH=3,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,离子强度抑制Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附;腐殖酸对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附影响不大。在6次吸附解吸后,吸附剂仍有良好的吸附性能。

阴离子β-CD磁性微球吸附Zn2+影响因素的探讨

制备了一种新型阴离子β-CD磁性微球吸附剂,用SEM、XRD对其进行了表征,并研究了该吸附剂对Zn2+的吸附性能。结果表明,合成出的吸附剂成规整的球状,且粒径多数在120 μm左右,结晶度达37.43%。在最优吸附条件下吸附量和Zn2+去除率可分别达到2.71 mmol/g、97.2%,吸附效果良好,该吸附剂有望用于废水处理中。

新型合成聚合物重金属离子吸附剂及其吸附性能

阐述了新型聚合物重金属离子吸附剂的合成与改性及其对水溶液中Cd(Ⅱ)、Pb(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)等重金属离子的吸附性能。这些聚合物重金属离子吸附剂对低浓度的重金属离子表现出了较好的吸附能力,其中聚合物吸附剂PGHyFeO-COOH对mg/L级的Pb(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)、Hg(Ⅱ)的最大吸附量分别为211.4mg/g、155.0mg/g、147.2mg/g。这些吸附剂的吸附速度也较快,平衡吸附时间一般在60min左右,有的甚至只有几分钟。新型聚合物重金属离子吸附剂在水处理工业中具有广阔的应用前景。

染料中间体废水的治理及再利用

采用树脂吸附法治理2-羟基-3-萘酸(2,3酸)废水。研究了不同树脂吸附剂、脱附溶剂以及吸附倍数、停留时间对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:用DF-211树脂吸附剂在pH为2,流速为4~8BV/h条件下,吸附倍数达到80~120BV,用溶剂E脱附后,树脂可反复使用。
