Gongye shui chuli, 2013 采用经干燥处理后失去活性的好氧颗粒污泥对水中的Pb2+、Cu2+和Cd2+进行吸附试验研究。试验结果表明:当溶液pH为5.0,吸附时间为20 min,Pb2+、Cu2+和Cd2+的初始质量浓度各为0~40 mg/L时,干燥好氧颗粒污泥对3种重金属的吸附效果均最好;吸附过程更加符合Langmuir等温吸附方程;在单一吸附体系中,吸附剂对3种重金属离子的吸附能力依次为Cd2+>Cu2+>Pb2+;在共存吸附体系中,吸附剂对3种重金属离子的吸附能力依次为Pb2+>Cu2+>Cd2+。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2009 目的本研究应用噬菌体多肽展示技术,采用人血清IgG抗体作为目标受体,通过筛选获得IgG抗体高度亲和的重组噬菌体,并将这些重组噬菌体与固相支持物偶联,制备免疫吸附材料,检测其吸附IgG抗体的能力。方法筛选噬菌体多肽库,获得与IgG抗体Fc段高度亲和的重组噬菌体并扩增。与活化的琼脂糖颗粒结合,制成能特异结合人血清IgG的免疫吸附材料。采用体外静态吸附法测定吸附血清中IgG能力。结果当反应在30℃下进行2h左右时载体活化率最高。吸附剂对血清中IgG抗体的吸附量随血清比例的增加而增大。当二者混合比达1∶4时 ...
