糖尿病大疱病是一种少见的糖尿病并发症,发病率为0.16%-0.5%[1-2],发病时皮肤水疱突然形成,可自行消退,一般在2-5周愈合,不遗留疤痕或萎缩,常有反复发作病史,多合并有糖尿病周围神经病变[3-4]、大血管病变[5]、微血管病和血糖控制不佳[6],以及钙,镁代谢紊乱等。目前糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并心衰是否能够诱发糖尿病大疱病,或是该状态下快速补液能否诱发糖尿病大疱病尚不明确。本文报道1例糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)合并心衰及糖尿病大疱病的患者,探讨该状态下诱发糖尿病大疱病的可能因素。

Investigation and analysis of toenail deformities in elderly diabetic patients from community [PDF]
目的 调查老年糖尿病患者足部畸形趾甲的情况,分析趾甲异常生长的影响因素。方法 对上海地区某社区卫生服务中心229例老年糖尿病患者进行足部检查,包括周围血管病变、周围神经病变、趾甲修剪情况、甲真菌感染情况及趾甲畸形的情况。结果 老年糖尿病患者足部出现趾甲畸形者118例,高达51.52%,增龄、性别、周围血管病变、周围神经病变、修剪趾甲方法及真菌感染是引起患者畸形趾甲生长的原因。结论 重视老年糖尿病患者足部趾甲的护理,做好甲真菌病的治疗,为老年患者提供专业的趾甲修剪服务 ...
