, 2018 目的:观察滋补肝肾解肌通络法治疗视频终端视疲劳的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的视频终端视疲劳患者53例106只眼,随机分为对照组(26例52只眼)和治疗组(27例54只眼)。对照组用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液滴眼;治疗组在七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液滴眼的基础上,采用自拟滋补肝肾解肌通络中药方口服,以10天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组视疲劳症状评分、坚持近距离用眼时间、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌、调节灵敏度,治疗后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组27例54只眼,显效19只眼,有效26只眼,无效9只眼,总有效率83 ...
