Peri-operative nursing of lung cancer patients with pulmonary function moderately decrease
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]探讨肺通气功能中度减退肺癌病人围手术期护理措施。[方法]回顾性总结我院行手术治疗的41例肺功能减退的肺癌病人术前肺功能与术后并发症发生情况。[结果]该组病人术后常见低氧血症（41.5%）,心律失常或心功能不全（26.8%）,肺部感染（26.8%）等一般并发症,呼吸衰竭、心力衰竭等严重并发症的发生率为7.3%。[结论]做好围手术期充分、详细的护理措施对于预防并发症的发生或减轻并发症程度、降低围手术期病死率及术后的恢复起着关键的作用。
