Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 目的 了解长春市儿童下呼吸感染病原学特征及其分布规律，为本地区儿童下呼吸道感染的临床治疗提供的参考依据。方法 采用Realtime PCR方法对2018年12月至2019年11月份采集的73份儿童支气管肺泡灌洗液标本进行28种病原及亚型检测。结果 儿童下呼吸道感染中非典型病原体以支原体为主，病毒病原以呼吸道腺病毒、EB病毒、副流感病毒以主，细菌病原感染以流感嗜血杆菌为主。不同的病原体表现不同的流行期。结论 通过对长春市儿童下呼吸道感染进行多病原检测，掌握病原流行特点，不同季节的呼吸道病原谱不一致。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 目的探讨肺泡灌洗液(BLAF)、纤维支气管镜防污染毛刷(PSB)刷出物和痰病原菌培养对下呼吸道感染的诊断价值,为临床抗感治疗提供依据。方法回顾2015年1月-2017年10月本院呼吸内科292例疑似下呼吸道感染患者的BLAF、PSB刷出物和痰病原菌培养结果,比较三种标本的诊断符合率及检测结果的一致性,并对BLAF病原菌分布和耐药性特点进行回顾分析。结果 BLAF诊断符合率最高,其次为PSB刷出物,痰最低。PSB刷出物与BLAF检测结果的一致性非常好,痰与BLAF的一致性比较满意 ...
