基于物理层时间捕获的GIS局部放电无线监测系统时间同步方案研究
Gaoya dianqi, 2018 在GIS局部放电无线监测系统中,时间同步是一个重要环节,而目前的无线时间同步方法在开销、能耗和精度等方面不能满足无线监测系统的要求。文中首先分析了影响无线网络时间同步精度的各项不确定性延迟,为此,引入了物理层时间捕获技术,在此基础上提出了一种新的时间同步方案。然后,基于CC2530芯片和TCXO温补晶振搭建了硬件实验平台,并对其进行了电磁抗干扰分析。最后,通过实验确定了时间捕获的响应延迟为4μs,据此对同步进行修正后,得到了文中方案单次同步带来的误差为亚纳秒级,同步精度随时间的漂移约为1×10-6 ...

Guangtongxin yanjiu, 2019 在传统的基于微环的电光开关结构中,可通过设计不同微环与直波导间的位置来实现光通信的开关功能,但其普遍存在开关电压过高的现象,浪费资源。文章利用耦合模理论、电光调制理论和微环谐振理论,应用传输矩阵理论方法,提出了一种嵌套型双波导的微环谐振电光开关的器件模型,在谐振波长为1 552 nm的情况下,对该器件进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该器件模型具有非常小的开关电压（仅为1 V）,串扰<-35 dB,插入损耗<4 dB,时域响应总时间为5.33 ps,其中微环的上升时间和下降时间仅为0.25 ps。
