Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的了解侵入性诊疗手段对抗生素应用时间的影响。方法回顾性分析60例颅脑手术后感染病人行各种侵入性诊疗手段对抗生素应用时间的影响。结果应用不同侵入性诊疗手段患者抗生素应用时间无显著差异,急诊手术较择期手术抗生素应用时间长。结论抗生素应用时间与诊疗手段的多寡无关,与手术性质有关,与侵入性手段持续时间有关。
