考虑室内体感舒适度的城市楼宇型能量枢纽优化配置与定容应用分析 [PDF]

楼宇用能是城市能耗的重要组成部分。基于楼宇室内人体在各个季节的舒适体感温度,建立建筑和能量枢纽优化模型,据此计算维持楼宇最佳体感温度所需的冷热负荷,并基于外部能源要素价格、内部功率平衡等约束条件,面向用能托管的商业模式,提出楼宇冷热电气能量转换和存储设备的优化配置方法,以实现楼宇能量枢纽综合经济成本最优,并通过实际算例进行了验证。结果表明,充分发挥各类能量转换设备的互补特性,对于降低能量枢纽的综合成本起着关键作用。燃气内燃机满足电、热基荷,电网购电和热泵予以补充的方式具有较高的经济性。气价 ...
