, 2020 目的：探究 VSD 引流围手术期护理对于治疗效果的影响的临床研究。方法：选取 2019 年 5 月至 2019 年 8 月呼和浩特市蒙医中医医院西医骨科收治的 80 例开放性骨折需要 VSD 装置手术的患者，随机分为实验组、对照组，每组均为 40 例患者。对照组患者行常规骨科护理，实验组患者在传统护理的基础上围手术期护理宣教；对比两组患者的 VSD 出现故障的概率。结果：根据实验结束后 7 天内 VSD 的使用情况可知，实验组出现故障共有 3 例，其中漏气 2 例，漏液 1 例，由于发现及时，都完善处置；
